B0 electric car which creates a breakthrough in technology promises to open a new future for the future generation of vehicles.
The Pininfarina B0 Electric Car which will start rolling out in 2010 to six European countries is the product in cooperation of between Pininfarina and Bolloré. Moreover, the car is known as a friendly environment vehicle. However, the price and how the B0 will be sold has yet to be revealed, and one potential solution is to sell it directly to customers via the Internet.
The Pininfarina B0 features all electric capabilities, powered by lithium metal polymer (LMP) battery and a super capacitor to give it quick acceleration and the ability to recharge partially by regenerative braking. Also, the battery is said to be rated to last around 125,000 miles, but there is no information about the cost for a replacement LMP battery pack. If Pininfarina manages to stay solvent as a company, the B Zero is expected to be an exciting zero emission offering that will be competitive in the car marketplace.

Besides that, the rooftop of the B Zero also includes a solar panel for charging onboard devices. In addition, the Pininfarina B0 electric car has a top speed of 80 mph and a range of around 150 miles. Several hours will be needed to recharge the batteries from a normal household socket.
